Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and western Virginia, including the
following counties, in central Virginia, Albemarle, City of
Charlottesville and Nelson. In western Virginia, Augusta and
Rockingham.
* WHEN...Until 700 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams
continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.
Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be
passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1259 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Flooding
is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
Between 2 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2.5 inches are possible
in the warned area.

Instruction:
