* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1029 PM EDT, river gage data indicates that the Middle
River at Grottoes is in Minor flood stage.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to a half inch are possible in
the warned area.
