Portions of the Cool Spring Battlefield begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:30 PM EDT Monday the stage was 7.0 feet, or 3.0 feet below flood stage. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 12.3 feet early Wednesday morning.
