Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nottoway River at Rawlings. * WHEN...Until early Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, River comes out of its banks in the vicinity of the gage. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:50 PM EDT Tuesday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 9.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 10.7 feet tomorrow morning.
