Water nears the base of the holding tank at the water treatment plant. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 6:15 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 16.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain steady above flood stage at 16.2 feet. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
