* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Puerto Rico, including the following county, Naguabo. * WHEN...Until 630 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 323 AM AST, USGS river gauge reports indicated the Rio Blanco is out of its bank. When the river sensor reached the current flood stage level produce flooding along low lying areas in PR-191 and PR-31, near the exit toward the highway. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
