Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE affecting Lubbock County. .Very heavy rain that fell upstream last night has led to runoff that will produce minor flooding along the Double Mountain Fork of the Brazos from eastern Lubbock downstream to Buffalo Springs and Ransom Canyon. FM 835 just west of Buffalo Springs is closed as of this morning. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Double Mountain Fork Brazos near Lubbock 4ESE. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...FM-835 just west of Buffalo Springs was closed due to water over the road.
