Minor flooding in Powhatan Community and Courthouse State Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CST Monday the stage was 2.2 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Tuesday morning to 20.5 feet early Wednesday morning. The river will start to fall but later rise back to near flood stage by the weekend. This projection includes additional rainfall.
