River forecasts are based on observed precipitation and forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Black River near Annapolis. * WHEN...Until early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, When the Black River gets to this level, the Highway 21 bridge upstream in Lesterville on the East Fork of the Black River may start flooding about 6 to 8 hours earlier. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM CST Monday the stage was 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to crest near 17.0 feet this evening. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
