Ball fields at Moss Park are completely flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:15 PM CST Monday the stage was 73.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 84.0 feet. - Flood stage is 84.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this afternoon to a crest of 86.4 feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening.
