Flooding is ongoing. There were earlier reports of swift water rescues in Madison county. Between 3 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Smith...
