* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central, and
southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in central
Missouri, Pulaski. In east central Missouri, Phelps. In south
central Missouri, Dent and Texas. In southwest Missouri,
Christian, Laclede, Webster and Wright.
* WHEN...Until 130 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 239 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain
was ending across the area, but runoff from earlier heavy
rainfall will continue to cause flooding
across the warned area this morning. Flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 8
inches of rain have fallen.

Waynesville, Mountain Grove, Houston, St. Robert, St. James,
Licking, Rogersville, Cabool, Seymour, Dixon, Mansfield,
Fordland, Conway, Norwood, Doolittle, Hartville,
Summersville, Newburg, Niangua, Raymondville, Diggins,
Morgan, Dawson, Duncan, Edgar Springs, Phillipsburg, Huggins,
Plato, Twin Bridges, Roby, Success, Lynchburg, Hazelton,
Bendavis and Graff.
