* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Le Flore, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.
* WHEN...Until 200 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 304 AM CST, Emergency management reported numerous road
closures across Franklin county due to flooding. Between 3
and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
