* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, northern Crawford, Franklin, Jefferson and northern Washington. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 622 AM CST, light to moderate rain continued after several inches had fallen overnight. Local law enforcement reported numerous road closures due to flooded creeks and streams. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wildwood, Arnold, Washington, Festus, Union, Eureka, Sullivan, Pacific, Pevely, Crystal City, St. Clair, Herculaneum, Cuba, Hillsboro, Byrnes Mill, Steelville, Bourbon, Villa Ridge, Anthonies Mill and Gray Summit.
Instruction:
