...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Arkansas...
Spring River At Hardy affecting Fulton and Sharp Counties.
For the Spring River...including Hardy, Imboden...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Spring River at Hardy.
* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Some flooding in City Park and in River
Bend Campground. Water may be near homes along the riverbank.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 12.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to remain elevated near 13
feet through the day before falling Wednesday.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.

Instruction:

dips, or low water crossings. Never try to cross a flowing stream,
even a small one, on foot. To escape rising water find another route
over higher ground.
