* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, flood waters impact City Park and other
low lying areas in the city of Eminence.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 6:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 10.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 14.5 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
