low lying areas in the city of Eminence.

- At 8:30 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 9.0 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this morning to a crest of 16.0 feet this evening. It
will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning.
