* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, northern Crawford, Franklin, Jefferson and northern Washington. * WHEN...Until noon CST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work through local drainage systems in urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 935 AM CST, the law enforcement reported flooding from thunderstorms and small stream flooding. Flooding is already occurring. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wildwood, Arnold, Washington, Festus, Union, Eureka, Sullivan, Pacific, Pevely, Crystal City, St. Clair, Herculaneum, Cuba, Hillsboro, Byrnes Mill, Steelville, Bourbon, Villa Ridge, Anthonies Mill and Gray Summit.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
