* WHEN...Until Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 5.0 feet, Water is about two feet over portions of
Four Oaks Ranch Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:15 AM CST Tuesday the stage was 4.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 9:15 AM CST Tuesday was 4.2 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 4.2
