* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of east central Missouri, including the following counties, Franklin and Jefferson. * WHEN...Until 200 PM CST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. It will take several hours for all the water to work through local drainage systems. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1131 AM CST, local law enforcement reported ongoing flooding across the warned area resulting in numerous road closures. Between 6 and 10 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Wildwood, Arnold, Washington, Festus, Union, Eureka, Sullivan, Pacific, Pevely, Crystal City, St. Clair, Herculaneum, Hillsboro, Byrnes Mill, Villa Ridge, Gray Summit, Cedar Hill, High Ridge, Antonia and Murphy.
