Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties,
Crawford, Franklin and Sebastian and Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Le Flore, Pushmataha and Sequoyah.
* WHEN...Until 600 AM CST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 515 PM CST, Emergency management reported heavy rain
occurred in the warned area due to thunderstorms. Between 3
and 8 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
