This approaches the flood of record.
* WHERE...Big Piney below Fort Leonard Wood - East Gate.
* WHEN...Until Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 31.9 feet, this is the record crest estimated from
high water marks on April 30 2017. The railroad bridge at Devil's
Elbow is under several feet of water.
