Minor flooding in Powhatan Community and Courthouse State Park. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 20.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.3 feet Thursday morning.
