The river will then fall to below flood stage by Friday afternoon. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Current River near Doniphan. * WHEN...Until late Friday evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 16.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:30 PM CST Wednesday was 16.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.0 feet tomorrow morning.
