* WHEN...From late Tuesday night to Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs. Low lying
areas in Riverview Park experience minor flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:30 PM CST Monday the stage was 6.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0
feet early Wednesday morning.
