For the Russian River...including Hopland...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Russian River near Hopland. * WHEN...From this evening to early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flooding of Highway 222 near Ukiah. Secondary roads in low-lying areas will be flooded in the Hopland, Ukiah, and Talmage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM PST Thursday the stage was 11.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 16.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall late tonight. It will rise to 18.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow afternoon to 6.1 feet late Sunday morning. It will rise to 8.2 feet early Tuesday morning.
