* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northwest California, including the following county, southwestern Mendocino. * WHEN...Until 800 PM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Prolonged, heavy rainfall is causing the Garcia River at Point arena to rise significantly enough to flood Highway 1 between Flumeville and Stornetta. The Garcia River is forecast to peak near 12 AM Friday at 15 feet. Attitudinal heavy rainfall is forecast to continue through tonight. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 204 PM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain.
