For the Navarro River...including Navarro...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Russian River near Hopland. * WHEN...Until Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Flooding of Highway 222 near Ukiah. Secondary roads in low-lying areas will be flooded in the Hopland, Ukiah, and Talmage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM PST Thursday the stage was 14.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage this evening to 16.1 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall late tonight. It will rise to 18.7 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
