Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of north central, northeast, and northwest Ohio,
including the following counties, in north central Ohio, Ashland,
Crawford, Huron, Knox, Lorain, Marion, Morrow and Richland. In
northeast Ohio, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Holmes, Medina, Portage, Stark,
Summit and Wayne. In northwest Ohio, Hancock, Seneca and Wyandot.
* WHEN...Until 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks
and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Extensive street
flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers are possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Conditions are saturated, with streams and creeks running
high after heavy rain Wednesday into Thursday and again
Saturday morning. Rain will continue at times through
tonight, which could lead to continued river rises.
