* WHEN...Through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff will likely result in flooding of
rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Currently locations in northwest Alabama have already
received 2 to 4 inches. These amounts will slowly move east
through the day.
