Rain falling on the hard pack snow will lead to icy conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts since the change over from snow have been 1 to 3 inches for Juneau, Gustavus, and Kake, upwards of 3 inches in Petersburg and Wrangell, and lesser amounts so far in Hyder. New rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches expected through Tuesday evening. - Storm drains should be kept clear of debris and snow as much as possible.
