* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Adair, Allen, Barren, Cumberland, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson and Warren. * WHEN...From midnight CST tonight through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - South-central Kentucky received 1.0 to 1.5 inches of rainfall over the past 48 hours. An additional 1.0 to 1.5 inches of rain late tonight through Wednesday morning will likely result in scattered instances of minor flooding.
