The heaviest rain is expected north of Fort Bragg and Highway 20. * WHEN...Through Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides along roadways. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
