For the Freeze Warning, widespread sub-freezing temperatures 18 to 26 degrees expected. * WHERE...Upper Santa Cruz River Valley/Altar Valley. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM MST this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Thursday and again from 10 PM Thursday to 10 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Localized blowing dust may reduce visibility. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
