* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 40-50 mph. For the Freeze Warning, widespread sub-freezing temperatures 14 to 26 degrees expected. * WHERE...Eastern Cochise County below 5000 feet, Upper Gila River Valley, and Upper San Pedro River Valley. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM MST this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Thursday and again from 10 PM Thursday to 10 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured outdoor objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Localized blowing dust may reduce visibility especially near and west of the Willcox Playa. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
