* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 40-50 mph. For the Freeze Warning, widespread sub-freezing temperatures 25 to 32 degrees expected. This includes localized areas that have yet to see a freeze this season. * WHERE...South Central Pinal County, Southeast Pinal County, Tohono O'odham Nation, and Tucson Metro Area. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM MST this evening. For the Freeze Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 10 AM MST Thursday and again from 10 PM Thursday to 10 AM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured outdoor objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Localized blowing dust may reduce visibility. Frost and freeze conditions could kill sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
