* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures in the upper 20s to lower 30s
possible.
* WHERE...San Carlos and Tonto Basin.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Watch, from Wednesday evening through
Thursday morning. For the second Freeze Watch, from Thursday
evening through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing; wrap or drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
