* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in freezing fog. * WHERE...In California, Lassen-Eastern Plumas-Eastern Sierra Counties. In Nevada, Northern Washoe County, Western Nevada Basin and Range including Pyramid Lake, and Greater Reno-Carson City-Minden Area. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PST this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous, especially along Highway 447 from Wadsworth to Gerlach including Pyramid Lake, Highway 395 through the Honey Lake Valley from the CA-NV state line to Susanville, Highways 36 and 44 around Susanville, and I-80 near Fernley. Roads may also be slick. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of freezing fog may expand into parts of the Reno-Sparks vicinity early this morning, with the highest potential for fog in these areas between 4 and 10 AM.
