* WHERE...Lowlands of Western Whatcom County, Southern Hood Canal,
Downtown Everett / Marysville Area, and Olympia and Southern Puget
Sound.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM PDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas away from the water will have the
greatest chance of frost formation.
