Island DE out 20 nm.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Periods of freezing spray possible.
