Hazardous Seas Warning, from 4 AM Tuesday to 1 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Ebb current of 2.54 kt at 1053 PM Monday.
