* WHAT...For the Storm Warning, seas 18 to 22 ft and southwest winds 30 to 40 kt with gusts up to 50 kt. For the Hazardous Seas Warning, very steep and hazardous seas 16 to 19 ft and south winds 15 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected. For the Gale Warning, seas 15 to 18 ft and south winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected. * WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar. * WHEN...Storm Warning, until 10 AM PST this morning. Hazardous Seas Warning, from 10 AM this morning to 11 PM PST this evening. Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 10 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Very strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
