KAUAI OAHU MOLOKAI AND NORTH FACING SHORES OF MAUI...
.A large northwest swell (310-320 degrees) will build today and
tonight, then peak on Thursday, bringing advisory level surf to
most north and west facing shores.
* WHAT...Surf building to 14 to 18 feet along north facing shores
and 9 to 12 feet along west facing shores.
* WHERE...North and west facing shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu,
Molokai, and north facing shores of Maui.
* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening until 6 PM HST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents
will make swimming dangerous.
Instruction:
Heed all advice from ocean safety officials. When in doubt, don't
go out.
