Description: 
* WHAT...For the High Surf Advisory, both north and east swell waves have diminished, and surf along north shores is expected to subside below advisory levels. The rip current risk remains high along east facing reefs, but has become moderate along north facing shores. * WHERE...North and East reefs of the Mariana Islands. * WHEN...For the north shore's High Surf Advisory and High Risk of Rip Currents, until 6 PM ChST this evening. For High Rip Current Risk along eastern reefs, through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...There could still be locally dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water.
Instruction: 
Remember that if caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
