Waves of 5 to 8 feet in Orange County, with local sets to 12 feet on west-facing beaches. * WHERE...San Diego County Coastal Areas and Orange County Coastal Areas. * WHEN...Until 4 AM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions. Localized beach erosion and overflow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Despite relatively low astronomical tides, high surf may produce minor flooding of low-lying areas along the beach, such as beach parking lots.
