Description: 
* WHAT...Hazardous surf of 9 to 11 feet and dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...West and north facing reefs of the Marianas. * WHEN...Until 4 PM ChST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Dangerous swimming and surfing conditions and localized beach erosion. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A large northerly swell has started to enter the region with altimetry and buoy data showing 9 to 11 foot seas across the far northern Marianas. A high risk of rip currents will be possible along east facing reefs on Thursday as the northerly and northeasterly swells increase.
Instruction: 
Inexperienced swimmers should remain out of the water due to dangerous surf conditions. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
