* WHAT...Northwest winds up to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
* WHERE...Much of southwest and far south central North Dakota.
* WHEN...Until 3 PM CST /2 PM MST/ this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...The high winds may cause minor damage to trees, small
outbuildings, fencing, and signs. Objects left unsecured outside
will easily be blown around. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

Consider moving Christmas decorations that can blow away indoors.
