Description: 
* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 35 mph with isolated gusts up to 60 mph possible. * WHERE...City and Borough of Sitka, Prince of Wales Island, Ketchikan Gateway Borough and Annette Island. * WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...High winds will blow around unsecured objects and may damage property and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong low continues to track northwestward out of eastern Gulf of Alaska this afternoon, bringing a sweeping front across the southern panhandle. Strongest winds are expected through 3pm Wednesday afternoon, primarily for coastal southern panhandle and marine areas. Strong winds will continue to linger through Wednesday night, particularly within Clarence Strait.
