Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Illinois, including the
following county, Iroquois.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Ponding
of water in low lying areas is expected.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1045 PM CDT, Doppler radar rainfall estimates indicate
that in excess of three inches of rain has fallen from slow
moving thunderstorms since 9 PM across the advisory area,
mainly in rural areas southeast of Watseka and north of
Stockland. Storms are weakening and moving southeast of the
area, though flooding will likely persist into the overnight
hours.
