Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall will
continue through tonight. This includes portions of Cedar Creek,
English Creek and White Breast Creek.
* WHERE...A portion of south central Iowa, including the following
county, Marion.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 601 PM CDT, The Marion County Emergency Management has
reported flooding in the warned area. This includes numerous
road closures as area streams continue to rise in some areas
from last nights heavy rainfall. Flooding is already
occurring.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Melcher-Dallas, Bussey, Hamilton and Marysville.
Instruction:
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
